Hearing tests for employees

Employees exposed to noise levels exceeding 85db at work are at an increased risk of hearing loss and tinnitus.
This can happen gradually and is more likely if your business involves using:
Noisy power tools or machinery
Noise from impacts such as hammering, drop forging, pneumatic impact tools
Explosive sources such as cartridge operated tools or detonators
Even a peaceful golf course, however, can impose a risk for the greenkeeper responsible for mowing.

What do you need to do as an employer to protect your employees from noise?
Complete a simple sound level assessment in your workplace, this is a preventative measure and is totally separate to individual hearing tests
If the noise levels in your workplace exceed 85db, you need to provide regular hearing (audiometric) tests for your employees
Mobile workplace audiometric screening
Transparent and cost effective - one price provided prior to testing
Quick and accurate instant results - minimising any disruption to your business
Scheduling to fit around your shift patterns - evening appointments available
Reports to you inbox - no administration required by your company
