"My first encounter with hearing aids was in 2011. I became aware that I was having difficulty hearing what people were saying in meetings. Charmain had been recommended to me by an acquaintance who was already one of her clients.
I have to say that Charmain has transformed my life!
She is meticulous in analysing your particular hearing difficulties and her attention to detail is marked. The result is that she supplies you with bespoke hearing aids that are really short of miraculous, drawn from the most up-to-date hearing aids and equipment available.
In addition, her aftercare is superb and it's free!
Charmain sees you at regular intervals but you also have the added comfort of knowing that you can ring her at any time if there is a problem.
I thought my last hearing aids were good, but the latest ones are brilliant Unitron Moxi Jumps, and I don’t need batteries changing for at least 4 years!

“Got in touch with Clear Hear because my son seemed to be sensitive to certain noises, to the point it was painful for him.
Charmain was absolutely amazing! She arranged an appointment time to see us, which was early evening, and conducted tests on my son in a very knowledgeable but relaxing and caring manner.
The results of the tests showed that he is sensitive to low frequency sounds and recommended noise blockers for environments that might expose him to these (cinema, fireworks, etc...), which we duly ordered.
